Do I need a trade account to order?

Yes — Valen & Co is a trade-only distribution partner. Apply for an account and our team will review your details and come back with next steps.

What brands do you stock?

A curated portfolio of premium fragrance and cosmetics brands across designer and prestige lines. Full brand list and live availability are visible after trade approval.

Where do you ship to?

UK, EU, US, Middle East and beyond — we ship globally on request. Most orders dispatch from our UK, EU or US warehouse depending on the destination.

How do I get pricing?

Trade pricing is visible after account approval. Apply for a trade account and the team will get you set up.

Are quotes landed-cost?

By default, yes — landed to your destination is what most buyers want and what we quote first. Ex Works (EXW) pricing is also available on request.

What's the minimum order quantity?

Orders are placed in full cartons — no broken or split cartons. The minimum order value is £250 per shipment; we'll flag any failed lines or under-minimum baskets before checkout.
